Morgan Stanley Reduces Stake in Americanas

Americanas (BVMF: AMER3 ) reported on Monday, the 13th, that Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS ) reduced its exposure to the company’s shares, reaching a position of 4.9% of the total common shares.

Morgan Stanley does not intend to change the composition of the company’s control or management structure.

Americanas shares closed the trading session on Friday, 10th, up 11.11%, at R$1.10.
